International Women’s Day 2022

In March 2022, Resident Artist Constanza Carballo hosted International Women’s Day at Second Shift Studio. This event integrated visual art, storytelling, and music that centers on the theme, Our Shared Breath; Moves Us Forward. 

During the event, we celebrated, uplifted, and supported women and anyone who identifies as such through a variety of workshops, performances, and artist talks. Additionally, the Second Shift gallery space was curated with art from other local women visual artists to help promote their work.
